Trampfine has asked you to take a picture of Mr. Black, a big, male Black Bear, has been sighted in Balmont. Trampfine has reached out with another rather specific bear-related task. Jonathan has requested your help with retrieving a few samples of bear droppings missing from his collection. Trampfine and Hope has a poor relationship, mostly because Jonathan thinks Richard will kill his "darlings", the black bears. Some bears have been migrating to the Late District, where Richard Hope is situated. He's currently occupied with his bear droppings collection, so he'll compensate you if you help out. He has been trying to capture one of the more famous black bear families in the region, but has had no success. Now Jonathan thinks you can help him with his own research. Doc withheld the part about you being a hunter. Trampfine contacted Doc the other day and had questions about your investigation of the black bears. Your investigation showed evidence of bears in Balmont. Who could want to harm Hope this way? He has asked for help with hunting some deer for to replenish his food storages. Hope has had yet another visit- A lot of food was stolen or damaged again. Doc has suggested you to investigate the possible presence of black bears in Balmont. Food is scarce and Hope suspects bears are scaring away the blacktail deer in the region.

Food was stolen and Hope has asked Doc to track down who is responsible. He has set up a lot of camps in the area and discovered last night that one of his camps was ransacked.
